We are based in Queenstown, Otago.
We use recyclable packaging materials.
Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday.
We currently do not offer delivery over the weekend.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please get in touch via email to thefloralcoq@gmail.com
We will be happy to discuss a replacement or refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that by buying The Floral Co. products you are accepting that each item is individually handmade and therefore unique. Photos are provided on the website but are a guide only.
Due to the nature of our products using natural materials, there will be variations in size, colour, and shape. Please do not expect two items to be exactly the same or exactly the same as the photo on the website.
Dried and preserved botanicals are fragile and semi-perishable and must be handled with care. It is normally that you may have a few small pieces dislodge during transport.
Colour variations are normal just as they are in nature.
